Tote Bag

Materials:
- 1 yard of cotton fabric
- Coordinating thread
- Scissors
- Sewing machine
Steps:
- 1. Cut two rectangular pieces of fabric measuring 18×15 inches for the main
body of the bag. - 2. Place the fabric pieces right sides facing each other and sew along the
sides and bottom, leaving the top open. - 3. Fold the top edges twice to create a neat hem and sew along the folded
edge. - 4. Attach two fabric handles on either side of the bag, about 3 inches from
the edges. - 5. Reinforce the handle attachment points with extra stitching.
- 6. Turn the bag right side out, and you’re done!

Steps:
- 1. Cut two squares of fabric measuring 5×5 inches.

three sides. Leave one side open. - 3. Turn the sachet right side out.
- 4. Fill the sachet with dried lavender or potpourri.
- 5. Hand-sew the opening closed.

Materials:
- 1/4 yard of cotton fabric
- Elastic (3/4 inch wide)
- Scissors
- Sewing machine
Steps:
- 1. Cut a strip of fabric measuring 22×3 inches.
- 2. Fold the fabric lengthwise with the right sides facing each other and sew
along the long edge, creating a tube. - 3. Turn the tube right side out.
- 4. Cut a piece of elastic measuring 8 inches.
- 5. Attach a safety pin to one end of the elastic and thread it through the
fabric tube. - 6. Overlap the ends of the elastic and sew them together securely.
- 7. Hand-sew the opening of the fabric tube closed.
- 8. Your stylish headband is now ready to wear!
